বঙ্গানুবাদ 
প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী, আজ বাংলা ২য় পত্র থেকে বঙ্গানুবাদ দেওয়া হলো।

Bangladesh is a democratic country. In a democracy any boy or girl can become the most important person in the land. He does not need money, He does not need powerful friends. He needs the three things—ability, integrity and hard work. Bangladesh also needs people with three things.
বঙ্গানুবাদ: বাংলাদেশ একটি গণতান্ত্রিক দেশ। গণতন্ত্রের মধ্যে যেকোনো ছেলে বা মেয়ে তার দেশের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যক্তি হতে পারে। তার অর্থের প্রয়োজন নেই। তার ক্ষমতাশালী বন্ধুবান্ধবের প্রয়োজন নেই। তার তিনটি জিনিসের প্রয়োজন সামর্থ্য, সংহতি ও কঠোর পরিশ্রম। বাংলাদেশেরও এ তিনটি জিনিসের অধিকারী লোক প্রয়োজন।

Bangladesh has its own National Flag. It stands for our sovereignty and is the symbol of our national pride and prestige. It is the symbol of our national hopes and ideals. All the Bangladeshis honor the National Flag. It is also honorees by the people of all other countries of the world as we do their National Flag.
বঙ্গানুবাদ: বাংলাদেশের নিজস্ব পতাকা রয়েছে। এটা আমাদের সার্বভৌমত্বের আদর্শস্বরূপ এবং জাতীয় গৌরব ও মর্যাদার প্রতীক। এটা আমাদের জাতীয় আশা-আকাঙ্ক্ষা এবং আদর্শের প্রতীক। প্রত্যেক বাংলাদেশি জাতীয় পতাকাকে সম্মান করে। বিশ্বের অপরাপর নাগরিকও আমাদের এই জাতীয় পতাকাকে সম্মান করে, যেমনি আমরা তাদের জাতীয় পতাকাকে সম্মান করি।

Bangladesh is not a very big country. But it is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. Nearly one hundred and sixty million people live in this small country. Its population is still on the increase, If the present rate of increase continues uncontrolled, her population will be doubled within next twenty years.
বঙ্গানুবাদ: বাংলাদেশ বড় দেশ নয়। কিন্তু এটি পৃথিবীর জনবহুল দেশগুলোর একটি। এই ছোট দেশটিতে প্রায় ষোল কোটি লোক বাস করে। এর জনসংখ্যা এখনো বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। যদি এ অবস্থা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা না যায়, তবে বিশ বছর পরে তার জনসংখ্যা দ্বিগুণ হবে।

Bangladesh exports jute to foreign countries. It brings much money to the country. This is why jute is called the golden fiber of Bangladesh. It is very useful thing.
বঙ্গানুবাদ: বাংলাদেশ বিদেশে পাট রপ্তানি করে। এটি দেশে প্রচুর অর্থ আনে। এ জন্য পাটকে বাংলাদেশের সোনালি আঁশ বলা হয়। এটি খুবই উপকারী দ্রব্য।

Bangladesh is the land of our birth. The blue sky and the fresh air of this land are very dear to us. It is our duty to build up our dear Bangladesh. It is our sacred duty. If we do our respective duties, then only our country will make progress.
বঙ্গানুবাদ: বাংলাদেশ আমাদের জন্মভূমি। এ দেশের নীল আকাশ আর নির্মল বাতাস আমাদের অতি প্রিয়। আমাদের প্রিয় বাংলাদেশকে গড়ে তোলা আমাদের কর্তব্য। এটা আমাদের পবিত্র দায়িত্ব। আমরা আমাদের নিজ নিজ দায়িত্ব পালন করলে তবেই আমাদের দেশ উন্নত হবে।

We are the citizen of an independent country. Independence is the birth-right of man. But no nation can achieve independence without efforts. Again, the people of a country must be determined to preserve that independence. It is the sacred duty of every citizen to preserve the independence of his motherland.
বঙ্গানুবাদ: আমরা একটি স্বাধীন দেশের নাগরিক। স্বাধীনতা একজন মানুষের জন্মগত অধিকার। কিন্তু চেষ্টা ব্যতীত কোনো জাতিই স্বাধীনতা অর্জন করতে পারে না। আবার একটি দেশের জনগণকে এ স্বাধীনতা ধরে রাখার জন্য দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ হতে হবে। মাতৃভূমি স্বাধীনতা রক্ষা করা প্রতিটি নাগরিকেরই পবিত্র কর্তব্য।
